The Ministry of General Administration shall be consulted while deciding on the following matters:—
(a) To determine the appointment process and conditions of service of civil servants and to apply or cause other things to be applied to them in general,
(b) Interpreting generally applicable laws and orders related to the appointment or service conditions of civil servants, however, the Ministry of General Administration shall consult with the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs when interpreting such laws and orders.
(c) To increase and decrease in the organization, management and posts of the Ministry and its subordinate offices.
